You choose a location on feeling, but you book it on facts. How much power is there, how high are the ceilings, where does the light come from and where does the van park? It is all here together, so you can plan your production without calling first.
Maisonette 1897 is a renovated townhouse on the Regentesseplein in The Hague. It has two floors, a raised ground floor and a lower ground floor, and a garden facing south-east. You hire it by the hour, from two hours, and the whole house is yours.

On the Regentesseplein in the Regentessekwartier in The Hague. We share the house number with your booking. You can load and unload at the door, and parking is free in the side streets until 18:00.

East in the morning, west in the afternoon and evening. There are 8 stained glass windows and original sliding doors. The raised ground floor has pleated blinds to soften the light.
Yes. There are 16 circuits with three-phase power and fibre at 1 Gbit/s up and down, plus wifi throughout the house.
Up to ten people. There are 2 toilets, a dining table on the raised ground floor for catering and breaks, and a make-up or styling space can be set up on request.
A sprinter or van can park at the door, close by for loading in and out. Parking is free in the side streets until 18:00.
