You hire the house by the hour (excl. VAT), with a minimum of two hours, so from €200. After that you pay per hour. Wifi, power, coffee and tea are ready for you, and you have the whole house, garden and toilets to yourself.

No small print, no surprises. One hourly rate, a few clear agreements, and always room to talk about what suits your production best.
Extra crew
Up to five people are included in the rate. From the sixth person we charge a small fee per person, so the house stays calm and everyone has room to work.

Overtime
Running over? No problem, it happens. Every extra hour costs the same hourly rate, with no fuss afterwards.

Parking
Parking is free until 18:00 in the side streets of the Regentesseplein. Bringing a van or a sprinter? It can park at the door, so loading in and out is easy.
Booking
A 40% deposit secures your date. You pay the balance on or just before the production day, so we are both at ease.

Cancellation
Plans change, we understand. Cancel three days or more in advance and you get everything back. Cancel less than two days in advance and we keep the deposit.
Insurance
We ask you to arrange your own liability insurance that covers damage to the location and its contents. That gives you peace of mind, and us too.

Pets, or filming outside the usual hours? Let us know and we will see together what is possible. We are happy to think along.
